    • Focus on that only (in addition to the day to day. But no other tasks)

      • Work only on reports for an hour

    • According to Wikipedia: “The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.”
    • John Lee Dumas uses 48 minute work sprints followed by 12 minute short breaks
    • Examples
      • You have a 1 hour conference call, then break to meet a friend for a coffee break
      • If you work from home, you work on a proposal for 48 minutes, then fold a load of laundry.
      • I once wrote and recorded a podcast, and then swept the deck and replaced the furniture cushions
